I have been brushing with baking soda and rinsing with hydrogen peroxide for 30 years ( I’m 54) It works OK as a whitener, considering I drink so much coffee, but I started doing it because I heard it’s good for the gums and when I go to the dentist I never have any plaque on my teeth.

also try brushing with tar-tar sauce, you don’t need to rinse out your mouth when your done and it leaves your mouth smelling fantastic.
